So picture this, your mouth is filled to the rim with stainless steel, each little stainless steel bracket is not rounded, but jagged.
Now imagine they're held on with a type of concrete (which is true), and your seeing an Orthodontist because your jaw is too small, so they give you special dental gear to move your bite forward. The hat is fine, just learn how to wear it. 95% of the time, a fedora won't look right with a pullover t-shirt, you'll end up looking like you wore the hat just to look cool, rather than to accentuate what you're already wearing. If you're going to wear a fedora, at least make sure you're wearing a button down shirt.

Fedora, trilby, bowler, the same applies to all felt hats, though I do think Trilbies work with short sleeves better than fedoras and bowlers. I don't think I have any short sleeved shirts that work with my bowler. Maybe my gaudy planes shirt, but the bowler just makes that outfit gaudier than it already is.
I like hats. Also;
